My weight is now down to 251.2 and I can't believe how easy this is!

Crock Pot Rotisserie Chicken
 
Whole chicken
Lawry's seasoned salt
Olive oil Pam
Aluminum foil
 
1.  Clean chicken, inside and out.
2.  Spray it and crock pot with Pam.
3.  Ball up several pieces of foil and place in the bottom of the crock pot.
4.  Season chicken.
5.  Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
