Due to my hospitalization, I was not able to complete this week's journals.

I'm pretty disappointed about my weigh-in but in the words of one of my students, "I will keep trying!"
Sour Cream Crock Pot Chicken
4 chicken breasts
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis
1/4 c. fat free sour cream
1. Coat chicken with taco seasoning.
2. Place in crock pot.
3. Top with diced tomatoes and green chilis.
4. Cook on low for 6 hours.
5. Mix sour cream into the tomato mixture and warm.
