Notes
Went to the doctor today because my asthma was out of control. I was put on steroids and have to be on breathing treatments for the next week. I am off work until Monday.

I decided it was time to rejoin!  I was pleased to find that I had lost another 3.4 lbs. since last going to WW in September.  My weight on February 1:  257.

I was not compelled to cook much this week.  I mostly got back into the groove of things.  Whenever I was in doubt about how many points something was, I would look it up and choose the most "expensive" in points just to make sure I had my bases covered.

Catalina Chicken
 
Chicken breasts
Frozen veggies
Kraft Free Catalina Dressing
Instant rice
 
1.  Place chicken breasts in casserole dish. 
2.  Pour 1/2 bottle of dressing over the chicken. 
3.  Pour veggies over dressing.
4.  Pour the rest of the dressing over everything.
5.  Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
6.  Serve over instant rice.
