I'm at 248 lbs. and I can't wait for weigh in on Thursday.  This may well be the first week I haven't cheated at all.

Crock Pot Chops
 
4 pork chops
1/4 c. ketchup
2 T. worcestershire sauce
1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
 
1.  Spray crock pot with cooking spray. 
2.  Place pork chops in crock pot.
3.  Mix all other ingredients.
4.  Pour over chops.
5.  Cook on high for 3-4 hours OR low for 6-8.

New Potato Salad
 
1 can new potatoes
1/2 c. fat free mayonaisse
2 T. dill pickle relish
 
1.  Place all ingredients in food processor and blend.
2.  Chill before serving.

Turkey Loaf
 
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. egg substitute
1/3 c. quick cooking oats
1 T. dried parsley
3/4 t. dried oregano
3/4 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
2 lbs. ground turkey
 
1.  Preheat oven to 325.
2.  Spray loaf pan with nonstick spray.
3.  Combine all ingredients except turkey in a large mixing bowl. 
4.  Add the turkey and mix well.
5.  Place the turkey mixture into loaf pan and shape.
6.  Bake for 1 hour.
7.  Allow loaf to cool for 5 minutes. 
8.  Top with additional ketchup, if desired.

Slow Cooked Pork Tenderloin
 
2 lb. pork tenderloin
1 T. chili powder
1 T. salt
1 T. pepper
2 T. paprika
1 T. brown sugar
1/4 c. Jack Daniel's grilling sauce
 
1.  Rub the tenderloin with a mixture of the dry ingredients.
2.  Marinate overnight.
3.  Put pork in crock pot and top with sauce.
4.  Cook on low for 8 hours.
