In order to make this web site less cumbersome, I'm not going to include every journal. I decided that monthly
updates with the occasional recipe would work well.

I have now lost over 20 lbs. I'm so excited! Less than 5 lbs. before I get my 25 lb. magnet. I have
done Weight Watchers on and off for about 3 years but I've never gotten up to 25 lbs. I plan to have it before Thanksgiving!

Tip: I like to eat the occasional piece of fat-free bologna as an afternoon snack. This takes the monotony
out of other low-point snacks that I eat daily.

I noticed today that my thighs DIDN'T rub together when I work a skirt. This is the best motivation of all!
